Ryann Martin, Owner
Ryann Martin has been dancing since she was 3 years old. She entered competitive dance when she was 8 years old, receiving many high awards along the way. She taught for 4 years with Leslie's Dance and Tumbling ~ the studio she grew up in!
*Certified in Tap & Ballet through Dance Masters of America and is a active member of Chapter #47.
*Certified in Acrobatic Arts Module One through Acrobatic Arts
*She has an AA degree in business from SWCC and danced on the Spartans Dance Team.
Some of the highlights in her dancing career:
*1st place Acro Division - Dance Masters of America, 1st place in Pom Division one for Sparks High School Dance Team, 3rd place Overall State Soloist with ISDTA her sophomore year, also placing in the Top Ten soloist her freshman and junior year of high school.*National Champion in Chicago, Illinois at Starbound Nationals in a Contemporary Duet. Chosen to the Elite All Iowa Honor Dance Team 3 years in a row and was part of the All Iowa Honor Cheerleading squad.
Emma Adwell, Teacher
Hello everyone! I am Emma Kate. I am from Maryville Missouri, I danced at my home town studio my whole life on the Diamond Competition Team and I’m so excited to continue down that path at Ryanns Dance Academy. My favorite styles of dance include lyrical/jazz with a ballet background. So excited to be a part of RDA!
